Today was Mimi's Birthday. We started off the day decorating for her and eating breakfast together. Mommy, Daddy, Aunt Mindy and Uncle Barry all went shopping and I got to spend the whole day alone with Mimi, Pop and Ashton Lee. When they got back, we all went out to dinner at Sam Diego's for some Mexican food. Ashton and I were so good and had so much fun when everyone came around the table to sing Happy Birthday to Mimi. I don't know how pleased she was but we sure enjoyed her flan afterwards!!
