Milkshake

Mommy met the cutest dog named Milkshake at the ocean. He was having so much fun running up and down the beach and jumping in the waves. At one point, he took someones shovel. She said he was really cute and his owners were really nice too!

Stormy Weather

Mommy went to Montauk with all of her girlfriends for the past 5 days. She said they all had a really good time. There was a really bad storm on Sunday. Mommy and her friends took pictures of the clouds. The clouds rolled in, and rolled out, all the girls got rain soaked, they lost the lights and got blown away from the wind- but she said it was beautiful.

Swim Buddies

Today I brought my favorite teddy bear Morris to the beach. I decided he would be my swim buddy and brought him into the water with me. He really seemed to like it. It was so hot, I figured with all of that fur he must have been hot also. When we were done swimming, we sat on my towel together and ate some chips. Morris is now rinsing in the spin cycle.

Summer Lovin'

Carly is just too cute. She is so funny all of the time and she imitates everyone! She really cracks us up. Some of the things she comes up with are just hilarious. She is now 3 feet tall exactly. She is sunkissed with a beautiful golden tan. He hair is getting so long, curly and blonde from the sun. She is doing so well with her potty training and swimming. She jumps right off of the edge of the pool and is constantly pushing herself to do more. She is a true Nichols...just like Daddy!! She loves her new class at school and still goes to Grandmas on Saturdays and sleeps over. She is so loving and good with Billy the dog and hugs and kisses him all of the time. She tells us everyday "I wuv you" and is so mannered. She says thank you, excuse me, bless you and please. We just love her to bits and wanted to bring everyone up to speed. It has been a great summer so far and we are loving every minute of her! As my grandmother used to say.. she is an imp!!

Max

Mommy and Daddy's friends have a dog named Max. Max has cancer and has been receiving kemo treatments. Mommy saw Max the other night and fell in love! He is such a mush and will kiss you to death. So far, the treatments are working and his bloodwork has come back clear. Mommy went back to take some pictures of him, here are just a few.

Go fork yourself

Try as we might to get Carly to use a fork every time she eats..... well tonight she was in no mood. First she wanted all of her clothes off and then she didn't want her spoon or fork. We tried to explain to her that she is a big girl and needs to use it every time she eats but she didn't care. She started her own system of using one hand to hold the fork, and the other to put the food on it. In the end, she was covered in macaroni and cheese. We hosed her down afterwards and she went to sleep. Emily Post is rolling in her grave but tomorrow is another day....

Commercials take 2....

Mommy took some pictures of Zachary because he had another audition in the city for a commercial. We still don't know what happened but hopefully they liked the pictures! Aunt Thea did so we'll see!
