Happy Halloween October 2007

Well today is Halloween and booooy did I hate every minute of it.

First of all Mommy got me two costumes, one was a black cat and one a monkey. In the hopes that I would wear at least one-she purchased two. Both of which I wanted nothing to do with.

When I got to school everyone was dressed up- including my teacher who was a clown with a big rainbow wig and red nose. I was petrified and ran into the corner crying.

Then Mommy and Daddy came to the Halloween "parade" to see me in my costume. They some how managed to get me into the monkey suit- only to find out I refused to wear the ears so no one knew what I was.

When I got home, Mommy took me to Grandma's and they gave me balloons. They must have drugged me because I ended up in the car in my cat costume with whiskers on my face.

We all went trick or treating in the neighborhood and I did not get out of my wagon once to get one piece of candy. I ate goldfish crackers the whole time.

When I got home, it was dinner as usual and then bed.

Mommy and Daddy are worried that I was traumatized by this whole day. Hopefully next year when I am older I will enjoy it more!

Mommy always loved photography and I think has missed it the past couple of years. After our vacation to the Cape and our photo session on the beach, Mommy has wanted to get back in the game. Daddy bought Mommy a new camera for her birthday and she is obsessed with taking pictures! She holds the camera more then she holds me lately. But that's ok, because I love letting her take my picture. She also added a program to the computer to help her change the pictures a little bit and make them look more professional. She has officially gone mental and can not stop. We are taking up collections for her to enter Photographers Anonymous. She added a few of her favorite blog sites to this blog so people can enjoy other peoples work that she admires. Check it out ya'll!

Daddy bought Mommy a new camera for her birthday and we used it alllll day today. First we went to see Kaitlyn and Dara at Dara's soccer game this morning and I was eating oranges with Michael. Then we went shopping with Aunt Amy for Daddy's birthday presents. Then when I came home, all of my favorite uncles were at the house and we were playing outside. Daddy gave me a bath and it was off to bed for me. I had so much fun today with Mommy taking pictures. Here are just a few of the things we saw today. Enjoy!!

MCN Duct Cleaning

Daddy finally got the truck for his business painted this week. When Mommy saw it she cried- I was clapping and Daddy and I started to dance in the driveway. With a lot of effort, hard work, determination and sweat- he made it happen. Mommy and I are so proud of him and all that he has accomplished. We respect and admire his drive and want to provide for us -his family. We love him very much and could not be happier for him. Check it out everyone....here comes my Daddy!!!

Sunday October 14th, 2007

Well I had another busy weekend. Friday night Mommy went to a party with some of her friends which meant I got to stay home with Daddy and party like a rockstar. I went to bed after 9:30. But when I got up at 6:00 on the nose Daddy remembered why we try to stick to my schedule after I had several meltdowns before 9:00am. Saturday I went to Grandma's again and they brought me to the library and the park that is next to the library. Grandma told Mommy how good I was and how I was playing with a couple of the kids there. I was so tired I passed out at 7:00. Then today Mommy was trying to teach me the "Happy Birthday" song since we usually celebrate her and Daddy's birthdays on the same night. Mommy is one week older then Daddy and Daddy always tells me how he likes older woman. After the park, food shopping, playing with my uncles and Daddy and running around outside with Brynn and Aunt Kelly- I had so much fun today I didn't even drink my bedtime bottle and fell asleep on Daddy's chest. Mommy has a really bad cold so she wasn't quite as playful this weekend. I hope she starts to feel better soon so we can play some more. Happy Birthday Mommy & Daddy I love you both to the moon and stars!!

Columbus Day October 8th, 2007

Today Mommy had a day off and got to enjoy her morning with Aunt Stacey and Madeleine. When she came to pick me up at school she was all smiles and almost squeezed me until I popped! We played outside and ate dinner together. Daddy came in to tell us how orange the sky was and how beautiful it looked. Naturally we went outside to take pictures. Daddy got me a scarecrow, hay and some pumpkins and decorated the tree for me. It was so nice out, I'm glad we got to enjoy it as a family.
