Zoomin'

Mommy has been using her new zoom lens all weekend and I think she's having a rough go at it. Everything seems to be coming out blurry. This afternoon I asked her to "sit" and she took a couple of practice shots of me while I was eating my snack and watching tv. Hopefully she works out all the kinks and learns how to use the thing before she drive me nuts!

The Park

Today I went to the park with Madeleine, Mommy, Aunt Stacey & Uncle Louis. Mac and I went on the swings, the slide, in the sand box and checked out some of the ducks. When it came time to leave, we each had a meltdown because we had to separate and go into the car. We held onto each others hand as if we were not going to see each other in 5 minutes- which we were. Mommy & Aunt Stacey had to pull us apart. Once we got back to Madeleine's house it was all ok. Once again right after we left, I passed out in the car- as predicted by Mommy.

Anna

Today Aunt Stacey & Uncle Ken let Mommy take some pictures of baby Anna. She is by far one of the cutest babies on the planet. Poor thing was just fed and allowed us to strip off her warm pj's and take some pictures. She lasted about 10 minutes and then wanted her Mommy. Here are just a few, and let me tell you- they don't even do her justice! She's a beauty!

Practice, Practice, Practice

Mommy got a new zoom lens this week. She was out all day today testing it out. She went to the farm and the nursery. The animals didn't seem to mind her taking their pictures and no one threw her out of the nursery. All in all it was a good day! Tomorrow we are going to see Madeleine and baby Anna and Mommy said she is going to practice some more on all of us. I guess I better practice smiling!

Chalk it up to another fun evening

Today after school I went to the store with Mommy. They were putting out all of the new stuff for Spring and Mommy bought me a bunch of chalk. We went home and went nuts in the driveway. First I wanted to taste every piece but decided it was not so good. Then I wanted to color Mommy's pants and then mine. I was covered in chalk by the end. But we made a really pretty drawing. Mommy said she will get me some more and maybe one day....we can color the whooole driveway!!

Cake -1 , Carly -0

Well I lost another battle -but this time it was against an ice cream cake. I really, really tried to eat it as fast as I could before it completely took over my face, hands and plate....but sadly, in the end the cake won. I guess I'll just have to keep eating it until I get reeeaally good!

The Natural (s)

My cousin Michael is a natural athlete. Both he and Samantha play all kinds of sports and they are both awesome! Mommy got some good shots of Michael trying to catch the football. If you want to know anything about any sport- ask Sam and Michael. They know it all!

Change

On Easter Sunday I was outside almost all day playing with Daddy, my cousins and Billy the dog. We were playing football and Daddy was practicing different plays with cousin Michael. Daddy's nickname is "Money". In High School he was an awesome athlete. Football, Basketball and Baseball, and the President of his class! Every time he had the football they would say it was "Money in the bank", because he would always score...... and the nickname stuck. I really loved running around with the ball and trying to throw it to Billy. For now, they just call me "change" since I'm a little bit of Money. Maybe one day Daddy can teach me how to really play and there will be some money in MY bank!!
